Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are listed in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Your bank handles conversion; we do not add a fee on top of it.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
At any time, from your account page. Switching to annual credits whatever is left of the current month; switching away takes effect at renewal.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes, on the membership. Email us from the address you would sign up with and we will send a link with the adjusted rate. No documentation required.
What is the refund policy?
Shop products: 30 days, no questions. Cohort: full refund through the end of week two. Membership: cancel any time; annual plans are refunded pro rata.
Can I expense this?
Every payment produces a proper invoice with your business name and tax details, available immediately from the account page.
Do you take purchase orders?
On the Studio plan and cohort seats bought in twos or more. Email us and we will send an invoice with net-30 terms.
