What happens after I pay?
The download link is on the confirmation page and in your email within a minute. Links do not expire, and your account page lists every file you have ever bought.
What does 'free updates for life' mean?
Exactly that. When a product gets a new version you get an email with the new download. The Studio Operating Kit has shipped four major versions since 2023 and every buyer has all of them.
Can I use these for client work?
Yes. One purchase covers you and your clients for unlimited projects. What it does not cover is redistributing the file itself, or reselling it as your own product.
Do you offer refunds?
Thirty days, no questions. Reply to the receipt and it is done the same day. We do not ask you to delete the files.
What formats do I get?
Every product lists its formats on its page. Templates ship as Docs, Notion and Markdown; presets as XMP or Figma; type as OTF and WOFF2.
Is there a team license?
For teams over five, email us. It is a flat multiple, not a per-seat subscription.
